My services
Acupuncture
Ancient medicine modality that involves inserting hair-thin needles into various points on the body. Stimulation of these points work at harmonizing the body and creating a treatment that targets your individual needs.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine is plant, animal or mineral based medicine crafted to meet your individual needs. They are formulated specifically for your aliments, desired improvements and can be taken in various forms; capsules, granules, teas, ligaments, and bath/foot soaks.
Cupping/ Gua Sha/ Tuina
These two modalities have been used for thousands of years to vent the outer layer of the body removing stagnation and trapped toxins from the muscle and fascial layers allowing healing to move internally. Gua Sha is performed with a stone hand tool or a porcelain spoon and cupping can be fire cupping or glass suction cups.
Movement therapy
Our bodies were created to move but sometimes through injury or poor repetitive movement patterns we find ourselves in pain. Movement therapy here at KW aims to teach you about your own body and facilitate that education into a pain free life full of movement and health.
Micro-needling A minimally invasive cosmetic protocol that brings collagen and blood flow to the surface softening facial lines and boost the systems of the body because on the face, several acupuncture meridians run through the face. We want to age with grace, not stop it in it tracks. This has beauty in mind but not at the cost of health down the road. It is an alternate beauty treatment to botox or fillers.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Similar to full body acupuncture but we put smaller specific facial needles at problem spots on the face in efforts to soften and eliminate deep wrinkle lines. It is also an alternate beauty treatment to botox or fillers.

We recommend that you do not do any intensive exercise post treatment. It Is not forbidden but it is recommended, only because we want to healing that was facilitated to keep on its path rather than be disrupted.
